Admin Panel: Analytics

The Analytics Page under the Admin Panel provides a detailed overview of activity within the app, allowing administrators to track key metrics such as query counts and token usage. This data is displayed in a variety of charts that help you monitor the most active teams, assistants, projects, users, and overall monthly performance.

Activity by Query Count

These charts provide insights into the most active entities based on the number of queries made:

1. Top assistants by Query Activity

This chart shows the assistants with the highest query volume, offering a view of which assistants are interacting most with the system.

2. Top Teams by Query Activity

This chart displays the teams generating the highest number of queries, helping you identify the most engaged teams.

3. Top Projects by Query Activity

This chart highlights the projects driving the most query traffic, allowing you to monitor project engagement.

4. Top Users by Query Activity

This chart presents the users who are making the most queries, providing a view of individual engagement with the platform.

Monthly Query Volume

A comprehensive bar chart that tracks the total query volume per month, giving administrators a clear overview of how query traffic changes over time.

Activity by Token Usage

These charts show how tokens (which may refer to system resources or API usage limits) are being consumed by different entities:

1. Most Active Teams

This chart shows the teams that are consuming the most tokens, helping you identify which teams are utilizing system resources most intensively.

2. Most Active assistants

This chart highlights the assistants with the highest token consumption, providing insights into resource usage at the assistant level.

3. Most Active Projects

This chart displays the projects that are consuming the most tokens, helping you monitor resource utilization at the project level.

4. Most Active Users

This chart provides a view of the users who are consuming the most tokens, allowing you to track individual resource usage.

Monthly Token Usage

A large bar chart displays the monthly token usage, helping you keep track of how token consumption varies from month to month. This chart is essential for identifying patterns in resource usage.
