Welcome to the Ejento AI login/signup tutorial. In this guide, we will walk you through the different methods available to access your Ejento AI account. You can log in using social logins, Microsoft SSO, or your company email and password.
Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have the following:
Access to your company email address and password
Credentials for social media accounts you wish to use for login
Necessary permissions to use Microsoft SSO if applicable
Step-by-Step Guide
#
1. Accessing the Login Page
#
To begin, navigate to the Ejento AI login page. You can do this by:
Opening your web browser.
Entering the URL provided by your organization or
Try Ejento at our Tenant:
https://app.ejento.ai/en/auth/login
Click on "Sign In".
You will see the login page with multiple login options.
2. Using Social Logins
#
Ejento AI supports login via several social media platforms. Follow these steps to log in using a social account:
On the login page, select the social login button for your preferred platform (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, GitHub).
You will be redirected to the social media platform's authorization page.
Enter your social media credentials and authorize the Ejento AI application.
Once authorized, you will be redirected back to Ejento AI and logged in to your account.
3. Using Microsoft SSO
#
If your organization uses Microsoft services, you can log in using Microsoft SSO. Here’s how:
On the login page, click the "Continue with Microsoft SSO" button.
You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page.
Enter your Microsoft email address and password.
After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to Ejento AI and logged in to your account.
4. Using Company Email/Password
#
If Ejento AI has been deployed in your organization, You can also log in using your company email and password. Follow these steps:
On the login page, enter your company email address in the "Email" field.
Enter your password in the "Password" field.
Click the "Login" button.
If your credentials are correct, you will be logged in to your account. If not, you will see an error message and can attempt to log in again.
